Lucy Huang, CEO
Since acquiring a sheet metal company with two employees in 2002, Ms. Huang has grown Huang’s Inc. into a force of over 40 employees. During this period, Ms. Huang developed her expertise with managing JOC, MACC, MATOC, IDIQ Task Order as well as single award contracts for federal government clients. As President and CEO, Ms. Huang supervises all business oversight for project management, construction management, quality control and safety programs for Huang’s Inc. She is responsible for the overall operational leadership, and for achieving superior results in the key focus areas of customer relations, operation, and growth of the business. Ms. Huang has led the firm to successfully complete more than 400 projects in the federal arena, most notably Fort Belvoir, National Defense University, GSA, Homeland Security, Fort Myer, Fort Detrick, Secret Service, DOJ, USACE, USDA, NAVFAC, FBI, Bureau of Prisons, Arlington National Cemetery and Smithsonian Institution.

The Team
Today, the Huang’s Inc. team is made up of a combination of construction and project management professionals, superintendents, quality control and safety personnel, carpenters, laborers and service technicians.
Field Superintendent – Our experienced, safety-minded superintendents provide on-site coordination for all phases of construction projects.
Project Estimator – The Project Estimator determines what materials and labor are required for your project. Ultimately, they are responsible for compiling estimates of how much your project or service will cost.
Safety Quality Control – The Safety Quality Control Manager monitors operations to ensure that they are meeting production standards. They will inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced, and may recommend adjustments to ensure you are receiving the highest quality product or service possible.
Project Manager – The Project Manager is responsible for providing overall management direction. They ensure that all work is completed on schedule within budget and to the highest quality.
