Description: Provide maintenance and repair services for the Military Family Housing Units under the direction and supervision of the Executive Management and Housing Directorate (EMHD) Office. Our main responsibility is to maintain clean, safe and livable conditions for
eighty-nine (89) housing units with a variety of square footage, age and architectural style.

Maintenance services include:

• Change of Occupancy Maintenance (COM)
• 24-Hour Emergency Response System
• Service Calls / Repairs
• Preventive Maintenance
• Environmental Protection
• Self-Help Station
• Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Quality Control and Safety Programs
